cricket impact lunch 2026

thank you for joining us.

The Cricket Impact Lunch 2026, brought together leaders from across cricket, business, technology and investment for an afternoon of meaningful conversations, new partnerships and bold ideas.

In partnership with the SF Unicorns & the seattle orcas, on the eve of the Major League Cricket Championship Final, the event welcomed some of the most influential voices in the game. Cricket legends Michael Vaughan, Chris Gayle , robin uthappa, and Liam Plunkett were joined by industry leaders David White (CEO, San Francisco Unicorns), Sean Cary (CEO, Seattle Orcas) and Sumedh Thakar (CEO, Qualys) to explore the future of cricket in North America—from elite performance and fan engagement to investment, technology and grassroots participation.

The day also marked the launch of Cricket Impact Play, our ambitious schools initiative that aims to introduce cricket to 500,000 young people across the United States over the next five years, reinforcing Cricket Impact Group's commitment to growing the game from the grassroots up.

More than just a networking event, the Cricket Impact Lunch has become a platform where the people shaping the future of cricket come together to exchange ideas, forge partnerships and create lasting impact.
